I ask for feedback on my suspicions as well as any methods that would help reach a final diagnosis thus solution. The reason why I do not think it is GPU is because the temps max out at 70 in the worst cases during load such as gaming where shutoffs typically happen. I suspect it is my power supply cutting out when under load. It started recently after I upgraded from a 768p monitor to a 1440p and then I started experiencing shutdowns with no warning as if the mains were turned off, followed by it automatically turning on seconds later.
