Kill Vile with the Spinning Blades, making sure he explodes and doesn't escape. After you've gotten that and cleared another boss you'll want to find the teleporter to Vile's Factory in Volt Catfish, Crush Crawfish or Blizzard Buffalo's stage. Make sure one of these bosses is Crush Catfish because you'll need the Spinning Blades you get from him. You'll need to kill two bosses first in order access to Vile's secret factory. In order to get the Z Saber you'll first and most importantly need to never let Zero die.
